Introduction
The website www.deliplantessen.gr is an online commercial store for the sale of products via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the “online store” or “website”), created and operated by the business “Alexia Philippou” under the trade name deliplantessen, based in Piraeus, 113 El. Venizelou Street, and legally represented, with Tax Identification Number (TIN): 147762768, Tax Office: KEFODE Attikis, and electronic contact address: info@deliplantessen.gr.
For the use of this online store, the following terms and conditions apply: Each user who enters and transacts or makes use of the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to for brevity as the visitor and/or user or customer, depending on whether they merely visit the store or also place and purchase products) is deemed to have consented to and unconditionally accepted the terms set forth below, without any exception. If any user does not agree with these terms, they must, on their own responsibility, refrain from visiting or using the website, as well as from any transaction or use of the online store’s services.

In the context of good faith, the company bears no responsibility and is not bound by electronic data entries made by mistake or due to common human error, and it reserves the right to correct such entries whenever their existence is detected.

Δεν εγγυάται τη διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων που εκτίθενται στο ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα, αλλά ενημερώνει με βάση τα τηρούμενα στοιχεία για τη διαθεσιμότητα ή μη τον ενδιαφερόμενο πελάτη και αναλαμβάνει σε περίπτωση μεταβολής των στοιχείων αυτών, να ενημερώνει έγκαιρα τους πελάτες περί της μη διαθεσιμότητας οπότε και στην περίπτωση αυτή δεν υπέχει καμία περαιτέρω ευθύνη. Σε καμία περίπτωση η επιχείρηση δεν ευθύνεται αστικώς ή ποινικώς για οποιαδήποτε ζημία (θετική, ειδική ή αποθετική, η οποία ενδεικτικά και όχι περιοριστικά, διαζευκτικά ή/και σωρευτικά συνίσταται σε απώλεια κερδών, δεδομένων, διαφυγόντα κέρδη, χρηματική ικανοποίηση κλπ.) που τυχόν θα υποστεί επισκέπτης του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος ή τρίτος από αιτία που έχει σχέση με τη λειτουργία ή μη ή/και τη χρήση του διαδικτυακού τόπου ή/και σε αδυναμία παροχής υπηρεσιών ή/και προϊόντων ή/και πληροφοριών που διατίθενται από αυτόν ή/και από τυχόν μη επιτρεπόμενες παρεμβάσεις τρίτων σε προϊόντα ή/και υπηρεσίες ή/και πληροφορίες που διατίθενται μέσω αυτού.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content of the online store, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, and any other material, constitutes the intellectual property of the company and is protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law, and international conventions, or constitutes the intellectual property of third parties for which the company has obtained permission for its exclusive use and for the operation of the online store. Any copying, transfer, or creation of derivative works based on this content, as well as any action that may mislead the public regarding the real provider of the online store, is strictly prohibited. Reproduction, uploading, transmission, or any other use of the content in any manner or by any means, for commercial or other purposes, is permitted only with the prior written consent of the company or any other lawful holder of the intellectual property rights. The names, images, logos, and distinctive features that appear and describe the online store under the trademark deliplantessen.gr, or the company’s products or services, or those of third parties, constitute the property of the company or the respective third parties, and are protected by the relevant trademark laws. Limited License

Reviews
The company provides users with the ability to review products displayed on the website by submitting text and a rating. In order to post a review, users must be registered on the website and must have purchased and used the product being reviewed. By submitting text to the website, the member grants the company a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the text submitted on the website.
