The delivery of products by the company under the trade name "deliplantessen" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is carried out as follows:

(a) Pickup from the partner mini market “O Milos”, located in Piraeus at 113 El. Venizelou Street, from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 21:00, except on Wednesdays (08:00 – 14:00). Products will remain available at the above store for five (5) days from the date of the order. If the order is not collected within this period, it will be cancelled and the products will be returned to storage. This pickup method does not incur any additional cost for the customer.

(b) Delivery via the partner courier company Easy Mail Courier. The estimated delivery time is between one (1) and five (5) working days from the date the order is completed. The Company and its partners take all necessary measures to ensure timely delivery of the order to the buyer based on the standard delivery schedule. However, the Company cannot guarantee nor be held responsible for the exact delivery time of the products, as this depends on factors beyond its control.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically on the checkout page (depending on the volumetric weight of each order) and will be included in your order summary before completion and payment. The Company reserves the right to modify, through its website, at any time and without prior notice, the shipping costs of its products, in accordance with the pricing policy of the courier company.

Deliveries are made on the days and times determined by the courier company’s delivery schedule. If the customer wishes to request a specific delivery time slot, additional charges may apply as set by the courier company.

In the event that a buyer fails to collect an order for which the chosen payment method was cash on delivery, the Company reserves the right to refuse to send products to that buyer again using the same payment method.
